Bertguy In Quarantine

Inspired by some of World turning events of the year including Covid-19, Tiger King, and my own mind state of lockdown. This piece was created out of pure disappointment with society and the place it had arrived in 2020. The division within the artwork represents my view of a divided world. Tigers in America are similar to people cunrrently in quarantine. They can’t go out into the world because they aren’t prepared to survive. Leaving them trapped in cages.

Humans can benefit from livable conditions even in quarantine, tigers cant. Let’s fight again tigers in cages and practice social distancing even if it drives you a little crazy.
